Jigso helps users understand and manage their financial situation through a modern, reliable, and intelligent product experience.
Product scope¶
The product includes multiple dimensions:

- normalized account and transaction understanding
- product-facing financial organization
- analytics and forecasting support
- AI-assisted explanations and support
- future payment and banking evolution
What the product is not¶
Jigso is not intended to be a thin interface on top of a third-party provider.
External providers may accelerate delivery, but they must not define the product identity.
Product expectations¶
Because Jigso operates in fintech, the product must be:
- trustworthy
- understandable
- operationally reliable
- visually polished
- consistent across flows
- safe by design
Product success criteria¶
The product is successful when it helps users:
- connect and understand their accounts
- trust the statuses and explanations shown
- recover gracefully from failures
- receive useful insights
- complete important flows with confidence
